Heavens, Earth and the Underworld
Gaze upon the same source
A lost code in the cosmos
That man, demons and gods are looking for
We feel so much ambition
To lose ourselves through this search
As when we engage in validation
We aren't looking for what hurts
Our mind body and spirit
Entangled through Being
You know what's misleading
Is that we can't stop seeking
More, more and more, less is a bore
We are simply empty in our core
When we believe that we differ from the order
As it's natural and already perfect
So why do we devise complications and circuits
To distract ourselves from the simple fact
That we have a beginning and end on track
The stars, they always recommend
That we look to the present moment
As that is simply what we possess
A chance to experience consciousness
Here in the sand, my heart takes a stand
Calling to my ancestors and my blood clan
I don't have the answers, neither will thee
It plagued us all, most philosophers lose their sanity
As it differs to you, as it differs to me,
We are all floating along, universally
Within the aspects of eternity
A root, a branch, of the same world tree
This is a mere reminder
To the earthbound souls that conspire
To either live in vain seeking futility,
You'll realize what this poems seeks to teach
As we are simply on trial
To learn and love and bring one another together
If you are trying to alter your reality
Then you alone are living a fallacy
That which the immortals laugh at empathetically
Peering down, wishing they possessed mortality
Chaos they say provides clarity
Yet only to those upon a golden seat
Open your heart, simply breathe
We got this present, let it be a gift of serenity
Imposing upon yourself a curse of your own choosing
